Người hâm mộ có thể lựa chọn mua các bản: Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Onimusha: WotS - Deluxe Edition hoặc Onimusha: WotS - Premium Deluxe Edition; bên cạnh bản Onimusha: Way of the Sword Demo vẫn có sẵn để trải nghiệm thử miễn phí.
